A Congratulations Card for Graduation

I love this colorful card. I am still waiting patiently for my NEW In-Colors to arrive, but I'm falling in love with the old In-Colors all over again. This card features all five. I used the Floral Frames Framelits, Perfect PolkaDots Embossing Folder, Sweet Essentials Stamp Set, and the new Banner Greetings hostess set I just got. Love.
