Paper Pumpkin and Tape It

I just joined My Paper Pumpkin last month. I enjoyed creating the 4 cards from the Starter Kit. And I love the sentiment that came with it. I combined the sentiment and splat stamp with my new Tape It set. I tried two slightly different layouts. I love the Crumb Cake card base.

I love how cheery the new In Colors are. I grabbed Coastal Cabana and Strawberry Slush and paired them with Daffodil Delight to make this bright card. And I used that lovely sentiment from My Paper Pumpkin starter kit again. Have you subscribed yet??

Tape It and Flower Shop Say Hello

Well, Hello Flower Shop!

The second bundle I purchased out of the new catalog was the Flower Shop bundle. I love that Stampin' Up! has done so many great bundles in the new catalog. The stamp set/punch combo is so great!

BUT...have you tried using the Pansy Punch with the Flower Shop stamp set? It is T-R-I-C-K-Y! The petals are not uniform, which makes it difficult to punch out correctly. My mom (remember her?) came to my rescue with a great solution for lining things up perfectly every time.

Borrowing My Mom's Mosaic Madness

Do you know that my mom is an awesome stamper? She may also be the only reader of this blog. :) But maybe someday after I've become a rich and famous stamper people will come look at this blog and I'd like you all to know how great my mom is! :)
